The place to start your orders

Ordering

Step 1

Visit our online catalog for some displays and contact for price-list or more samples.

Send us your list of interested items to order or for quotation (including items code, color, quantity).

An electronic invoice will be created and sent to you for review and confirmation.

Step 2

Both parties will confirm the orders by signing the electronic invoice.

Orders will be made when deposit is received.

Step 3

We will confirm the shipping date for each specific order and be responsible for late shipping.

Production time is approximate 2 months for an order (depending on the quantity and availability of each item).

Note:

We have a minimum quantity for an order which is ONE PALLET (for an item or can be mixed items).

Minimum shipment load is FCL 20ft.

Shipping and Paperwork

Original Bill of Lading in triplicate

Original Invoice in triplicate

Packing List in triplicate

Certificate of Fumigation (according to ISPM15 standards)

Document Posting

Shipping document will be posted by air couriers (UPS).

Document releasing at origin can be done by request.

Local Charges

We take responsibility for local charges including: bill fee, sealing fee, THC (terminal handling charge) as shipper.

As consignee you will be in charge for AMS / ACI / ENS/, it depends on your location.

Port Of Loading

Products will be loaded at Ho Chi Minh City port, Viet Nam.

As we offer F.O.B Ho Chi Minh City port conditions, clients will need to contact carriers for handling the shipment.

Payment

In order to secure the order and ensure stocks are on your hands, we do require a deposit of 30% (total value amount of an confirmed order) to begin the production process.

The deposit is advised to be settled within 15 days since the order is confirmed.

Bank account information will be included in the electronic invoice.

We accept U.S dollar and A.U dollar.

Packing and Sample Request

Full Pallet: free of charge

Split / Half: US 12$ / AU 17$ per an extra pallet

Customer's Label : available when requesting

Customer's Pallet Mark: available when requesting
