Producing Process

There are 3 basic steps of producing an item.

First step of the process and will create any shapes we demand. We using raw natural white clay for all of our items.
Starting with kneading clay and split them into layers. Before pressing into mould, we have to soften the clay to remove air bubbles and to have a smooth layer. Mould are set up and clay are pressed into mould (by hands or by building machine). Depending on the size of the items, we leave the items for a period then start removing mould. If the gotten shaped are not as expected, we will smooth and fix it until as expected.

After the items are built and completely dry, we move them to another section for glazing. We offer a variety range of colors and depend on your request, we glaze and brush the items differently.Our glazes are made from different natural chemical substances with certificated recipes. These glaze are done by an automatic mixer.

The glazed items are then moved into kilns to be fired. Each kiln can hold up to 20-30 set of items (depending on the size). We use wood as a fuel for firing, even though it releases a lot of black smoke while firing, we do have blocking smoke system.After a determined period for all the items to be fired, they are removed and come to the final step before ready for packing.After all the steps, we are ready to ship to you the greatest products.
